"The Knot" was a conceptual work of art created for "Aquatics" a maritime themed show. The backside seen here is the bulk of the 6,000' feet of rope. Shoring was built on either side to acheive a remarkably flat or vertical surfaces while the "top" has an undulating wave like effect.
